About us
The Arti Grafiche Julia SpA was born in 1967. The printouts produced
by the firm originated from the spoolprint and all the working schedules,
from the planning and photocomposition, to the printing and preparation,
everything is completed inside the plant.
The raw materials, inks and the products for the printing come from
the best European suppliers, all certified ISO 9000. This provides
timely service, high quality, safe and reliable product, wich is harmlessness
to the health. We have an exclusive watermarked paper for our clientele
disposal for available printuouts, that require the maximum safety
and certainty of authenticity.
Internal cycles of production
The production is integrally performed inside the plant in the different
departments and it is supported and managed by an informative personalized
system.
- The Photocomposition Department runs
the most advanced hadware and software technologies. The team is
completely autonomous and can manage the whole pre-press process:
from the graphic project to the printingplate.
- The Printing Department has 6 production's
units with a wide range of formats, multi colours, with UV technology
(offset, flexo and screen), variable data printing systems (bar
code, numbering, etc.) and magnetic stripe machines.
- The Preparation Department is organized
on different lines of production, with computerized systems for
cut, glues,numeratioms and many personalized applications
- The Holograms Departments is set by
two presses for the application - also discret - on different types
of printouts.
- The Store Departments has a wide range
of quality papers in spool and a proper deposit of facilitated reading
and white paper for ready delivery to the customer.
- The Delivery department, in tight collaboration
with the commercial staff, has own means of transport, that daily
effect the deliveries to the customers.
- The Quality control is systematically
performed at every processing step of the whole departments.
The Plant is protected by a safety multiple alarm system, which is
added to a strong room with two strong-boxes.
